When you submit the diagnosis form: name, work email and company, which are required; phone and message, which are optional; and the situation you marked in the diagnosis matrix, when one is marked.

Before you decide about cookies, Google Analytics operates in restricted mode: it records the visit without storing a cookie and without creating an identifier for you, and Google estimates aggregate volume from that. In that state it isn't possible to recognize you from one visit to the next.

If you accept: the same browsing data starts using a cookie — pages viewed, where the visit came from, device type and approximate region, now tied to an anonymous identifier that makes it possible to count returning visitors. The IP address is anonymized before storage.

If you decline, the restricted mode stays in place and no cookie is stored. We record only your choice, so we don't ask again.

We don't collect anything beyond that. This site has no registration, no logged-in area, and it doesn't store your data in any database.

Measurement in restricted mode, which happens before your decision, uses neither a cookie nor an identifier and rests on the legitimate interest of knowing whether the site works. It doesn't make it possible to recognize you, and it ceases with respect to cookies if you decline.

Submitting the form goes through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the message in order to deliver it to our inbox. Resend acts as a processor and doesn't use this data for any other purpose.

The analytics data stays with Google, as the processor for Google Analytics, and may be processed outside Brazil — including the restricted-mode data, which exists before your decision.

We don't sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for advertising.

The email generated by the form stays in our corporate inbox for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for up to 12 months after that, or until you ask for it to be deleted.

The analytics data follows the retention configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

The LGPD guarantees that you can ask for confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything incomplete or wrong, anonymization or deletion of anything unnecessary, portability, information about who we share with, and revocation of consent.

Revoking analytics consent is immediate and doesn't depend on us: clear the site data in your browser and the banner asks again. For all other requests, write to comercial@tessatalent.com — we reply within 15 days.

The site is served over HTTPS only. The form is validated on the server before anything is sent, and the credentials for the services we use stay in environment variables, never in the code.

No measure eliminates all risk. If an incident occurs that could cause significant risk to you, we will notify you and the ANPD, as the law requires.

If what we do with your data changes, this page changes with it, and the update date at the top will reflect that. A change that depends on new consent will make the banner ask again.
